One Tower Bridge, London

The development by Berkeley Homes at the southern end of the iconic Tower Bridge and adjacent to Potters Field, is a mix of high end residential and commercial space, including a new London Theatre. There are numerous water features running the length of the Private Roof Garden including water walls, dancing fountain jets and a tall column feature. However, the star of the show is very much the multi-jet clock water feature installed within the public realm.

The clock feature includes 84 water jets each individually controlled and illuminated using DMX controlled RGBW underwater lights from the OASE range of ProfiLux fittings. There are 12 hour jets, 48 quarterly jets and 24 arc jets. The public may also interact with the fountains by changing the lighting and jet pattern using the touch pads provided. The clock feature may also be run using these touch pads.

Fountains Direct provide a weekly maintenance service for all the water features on the site.

The whole landscape scheme, of which the water featuresĀ are a significant part, won the 2017 BALI Grand Award.
