Kew Bridge & Kew Bridge Road, London
The Kew Bridge development, adjacent to the Thames, in West London was completed by St George and St James in 2015 and includes five separate water features. The fountains, rills, pools and waterfalls to the rear of the development are located within the public realm area and are viewed from every part of the scheme.
The Kew Bridge water features were conceived by Broadway Malyan. They include illuminated fountain jets, a castellated waterfall illuminated using a continuous cold white submersible LED light strip and natural aquatic planting. The filtration and water treatment system and the systems’ sectional water storage reservoir are located in a basement plant room between the two features.
Fountains Direct provide a weekly maintenance service for all the water features on the site.
